super cozy & friendly vibes
Had a lovely 3-night stay in a small double room. The staff were super friendly and really attentive, especially at breakfast time where they had a neat menu for your choices. The only thing was, the pull-out bed in the family room wasn’t the comfiest. But, overall, the location made it super easy to explore the area!

Exceptional Breakfast Experience
During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious variety of breakfast options. The freshness of the ingredients, particularly the homemade bread and local pastries, set the tone for our days. The staff were incredibly welcoming, adding to the charm of the place. Our only downside was the room being a bit compact, which made it challenging to store our luggage comfortably.

It was a strong match for a short visit in Cockermouth with good value for cost. The morning breakfast was amazing and freshly made. Just be careful with the low ceilings if you're tall.
